Ensure the continued growth and success of the Atmospheric LiDAR program. Responsible for the growth and maintenance of long term relationships with key government and public institutions around the world including NASA, Caltech JPL, Argonne National Labs, the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand, and MétéoFrance.
